My friend in a wheelchair, and we like Royal Caribbean. But as long as one of the lines of "important", aka Princess, Celebrity, Carnival, etc.. there should be no problem. Sure you book out early, because all rows of a small number of cabins are available, and go fast (I recommend 9-12 months in advance to Alaska, Europe, Canada and New England cruises. At least 6 months for the Caribbean .) Good luck and enjoy your vacation!
