Home Mortgage Calc Can I Use My Current Owned Home As Collateral On New Home Mortgage Loan?

Can I use my current owned home as collateral on new home mortgage loan? - home mortgage calc

My wife and I live legally in a house donated to us by the family. We have property. Can the house as collateral for a mortgage on a house in another state? If so, how does it work?

I do not see why not. Each country has different rules and regulations relating to this particular issue.

You need to refinance and money to get an additional purchase of real estate.
I have the guarantee of the Cross (an exploit), two properties, but had in the same region, and that the bank no longer exists.
