I can help you with your bags of football: a bottle of water, a soccer ball (if necessary) a small towel to wipe sweat from his face, remember where a pair of socks, soccer shoes and this time a little jelly their hands and gloves when clean play the following goalies. because I can never regret hockey'm area to be played.
For hockey, you need a custom mouthguard, or that you can play, you must have shin guards or custom, that you could play on the field, a hockey stick to play or not have it (obiviously), you'll light clothes on them may need is a girl you need a sports bra for both, as are many easy race, if a ball = ring so that you both need a couple of tacos to make special arrangements at the ports, but can be bought in pairs both hope to use that this assistance

Follows (but may) be provided by your school are available, so you make a good bargain in a sports shop. They want to spend no more than $ 100 in a sport where you can join the 4 years
for football
I say all, but a stick and you're good to go!
I do not know hockey, but in football you need a soccer ball, shin guards, shoes and socks and clothing. Also a good idea to have a little water. If the coach requires it, you can keep some running shoes with you. All I can think would be a balloon pump. Hope this helps.
I know that hockey is a good idea to have a mouthguard and shin guards for safety, but also soccer socks, try your tibia and short pants and a short-sleeved shirt to keep / Jersey girl used independently or as a training XD. Even a bottle of water works well. And lunch! And sneakers! and ... and .... Another lunch!
